We are pleased to announce EasyLiving’s first Inspirational Caregiver for 2014! Key Morrow has been selected as our January 2014 Inspirational Home Caregiver.
Key is a young, dedicated, hard-working and extremely professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). One of our most dependable caregivers, he is eager to learn but also maintains professional boundaries with his clients to ensure that their care and safety is always his number one concern. He has never been late to a shift, and has never called off from a shift. This reliability means so much to our team and to his clients, who can depend on him to always meet their needs.
Key works with one particularly challenging client that requires a lot of patience, and attention to detail. This client is part of a team that has his care down to a science, and Key is an important component of that team. He brings his own strengths to the team but also works closely with the other caregivers to bring consistently better care to the client. We are proud to have him on our team at EasyLiving, and look forward to his continued growth and success as a caregiver!
About the Inspirational Home Caregiver Award: EasyLiving selects an Inspirational Caregiver each month from five finalists demonstrating high quality senior caregiving. The winner is announced on The Caregiver Hour radio show on 1250 AM as well as being spotlighted here on EasyLiving’s website and Facebook page. Senior home caregivers do such important work and we get inspiration each and every day from the professional care and kindness we see demonstrated by our team.This award is our way of saying thank you and recognizing our quality caregivers, but also to share the inspiring work they do with the larger community and promote quality home caregiving.
