If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! EasyLiving, Inc, a leading home care company, seeks a Care Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support while managing and mentoring a team of caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly schedules using our advanced scheduling app

  • Make necessary edits and changes to schedules as required

  • Approve or deny time-off requests from caregivers

  • Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure hours are submitted according to authorization

  • Provide hands-on caregiving as needed, especially during the part-time caregiver phase until reaching the target of 300 hours per week

  • Fill in shifts when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and dedication

  • Handle client calls professionally and efficiently, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

  • Coordinate with clients, families, and caseworkers to address complaints or issues regarding staff or care

  • Liaise with families and caseworkers to establish and manage their care requirements effectively

  • Take on new clients and collaborate with the administrative team to establish their care schedules

  • Manage and oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring high performance and quality care delivery

  • Conduct interviews and orientations for potential caregivers

  • Evaluate caregiver performance based on set criteria

  • Collaborate with the administrative team in making termination decisions, if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
