Rebecca has a Bachelor of Science in Aging Sciences and her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. She always had a passion for helping people and began working directly with elders as a CNA at EasyLiving. Rebecca demonstrates compassion and a caring nature. She is able to build a strong rapport with clients and their families.
Rebecca’s experiences working as an EasyLiving caregiver furthered her desire to help older adults. She had the opportunity to collaborate with the care management team and this inspired Rebecca’s career goal of becoming a care manager. She pursued her studies while continuing to work as a caregiver and then as a care manager associate. Rebecca earned her degree and advanced to the role of EasyLiving care manager.
Through her care management work, Rebecca aims to advocate for those who have no family near them or are facing various challenges. She works to ensure that they live purposefully with quality of life and dignity.
Rebecca was born and raised in Ballinger, TX and has called Florida home since 2006. She’s the mother of a spunky nine-year-old daughter and volunteers at her school. Rebecca also volunteers with Meals on Wheels. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Rebecca stays healthy by practicing yoga and jogging on the beach at sunset. She enjoys relaxing with a good book or binging some Netflix shows.
