Communication is even more important in a home care agency. After all, our office staff doesn’t interact with our care partners daily during shifts because you are out in the community, serving clients in their homes.

One way we communicate with one another is through your daily documentation. However, you should also communicate with us when out of the ordinary things happen, like incidents or emergencies, as well as when you have a question.

You can always contact our office and your supervisor. We are here to help! Be sure you have our contact information stored in your phone so that it is there when you need it.

Office Hours

We are available by phone Monday to Friday – 7:30am – 5pm

We do have a live team member available 5pm to 9pm weeknights Monday to Friday.

We have a live scheduler in our office every Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 4pm.

Outside of these hours is our after-hours service.

After Hours

Any phone number called after 9pm – to 7:30am you will get a greeting to:

  • Press 1: For a scheduling Emergency
  • Press 2: To Leave a Message which will be returned the following day

Please limit all calls after hours to emergencies.

What is an emergency?

  • Your Client is in need of 911 and you are letting us know you called.
  • You or a direct family member is sick or has been in a accident and you will not make it work.

What is not an emergency?

  • Calling to check your schedule.
  • Calling to see if you have any shifts available.
